Our residents can feel comforted knowing there is a medical suite right within the building, and professional staff available 24 hours a day.

Our unique assisted living service plan covers up to 1½ hour per day, up to twice as much personal care services as most other area assisted living communities.

An Inclusive Package of Services

Unlike some area senior living communities, Grayson House does not require any large upfront entrance fees and all of our assisted living apartments are offered on a rental basis. Our inclusive monthly fees cover 80% to 90% of the cost of living for many individuals. Services covered include:

• Three meals per day with emphasis on nutrition served daily in our beautiful dining room
• Personal care assistance with grooming, dressing, bathing & medication monitoring up to 1½ hour per day
• Monitoring of health status by a Registered Nurse 
• Monthly personal care needs assessments
