The Partners believe the best way to develop and operate a successful community is to provide a well-designed, well-built community and most importantly, to staff it with the best available people. The philosophy of the Partners is to make Keystone Woods more than just a place to live, but an oasis where residents can celebrate their achievements and continue to grow, to learn, to laugh and to live!

Licensing

Keystone Woods is licensed through the Executive Office of Elder Affairs as an
Assisted Living Residence in the state of Massachusetts.

Keystone Woods is also approved as a MassHealth provider of Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) services.  This entailed approval by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs, the Office of Long Term Care, the Group Adult Foster Care Program and MassHealth. 

The Partners

Dave Kingen, Tim Eldredge, Tony Mullen and Joe Roche - bring over 60 years of combined experience in developing, constructing, operating and marketing of communities like Keystone Woods. Dave and Tim, principals of Keystone Senior, have successfully developed and operated six other outstanding communities during the past 10 years. Tony brings almost 20 years of market research, financial analysis and operations experience. He has successfully developed 6 similar communities on the East Coast. Joe, President of The Roche Associates has organized, structured, managed and implemented over 250
distinct planning, marketing and sales campaigns for senior living communities across the
country over the past 21 years.

Local Ownership

Keystone Woods owners, Joseph and Joan Roche, have called greater Springfield home for over 30 years.  Mr. Roche, President of The Roche Associates, Inc. in Wilbraham, was acknowledged in 2002 by The Wall Street Journal for his leadership in the Senior Living Industry.   Joan Roche has a Ph.D. in Nursing and teaches at the University of Massachusetts.

Experienced Management

Keystone Woods is managed by Keystone Senior Management Services, Inc, a leading senior living development and management firm with over a decade of experience. The project partners - Dave Kingen, Tim Eldredge, Tony Mullen and Joe Roche - are nationally respected senior living experts with more than 60 combined years of experience in senior living.
